microsoft outlook missing mails fro send items from PST

Hi,

I had problem for one of my user that his all send items is empty before he was using Microsoft outlook 2003 then upgrade to MS outlook 2007 so everything is fine and then changed his computer and installed MS outlook 2010 and shifted all his old PST to new computer and he was working fine and very comfortable but all of sudden he called me that he is not able to find mails in old send items when I checked I did not find any mail in old send items is there any way to recover old send items on PST.

When he sends new emails, do they go into his sent items? Sounds like the user deleted the sent items.

It's not simple so you should do it for your customer.
