  1. I have added a new email account as instructed by Steve on the groovy post for Outlook 2007. We are using Exchange 2008. However once the account was added the outbox folder had several messages in it that weHave confirmed have been sent. We have tried to delete and move these messages but it willNot work. How do we remedy this issue?
  2. Thank you so very much. Your suggestion worked so that I could cleanup the OUTBOX folder. Now however, when I try to send messages from the Newly added account it does not use the Outbox or Sent folders under the added account but uses the original account that was setup. I am wondering if in fact there is issues with adding more than one Exchange Account? Any Ideas????
  3. My inbox messages and sent item messages are both showing in the inbox. When I send any email from my gmail account, the same message is showing in the inbox in outlook account rather than showing it in the sent items in outlook. When I update my outlook account with gmail the whole sent item messages from gmail account comes in the inbox folder of outlook account. Please help me out.

  5. Hi, I am using 2007 OL without an Exchange Server. When I move an IMAP e-mail from one folder to another, the category is lost. Are there any workarounds to this? Thanks in advance!
  6. I have a unique issue. I have several process mailboxes that I access in Outlook 2007. I also use a program on a remote desktop and access Outlook within the remote desktop. The process mailboxes update with incoming emails in Outlook on the remote desktop but do not update on my reglar desktop. Any suggestions to correct this?
  7. Hi, My computer hard drive failed and I have a backup on an external drive. I re-installed all programs and then restored files from backup. I can see the addresses in one folder called contacts, but only by going to Contacts, lower left in Outlook. Is there a way for me to point Outlook at this folder, or transfer the list to another folder Outlook will see? Using "auto complete" quickly is my goal. Am I going to have to manually point Outlook to the address in the list, each time, until "auto complete" fills in? Thanks for your help, Shell Clark OS: Win 7 64 -- Outlook 2007

Hi, I had problem for one of my user that his all send items is empty before he was using Microsoft outlook 2003 then upgrade to MS outlook 2007 so everything is fine and then changed his computer and installed MS outlook 2010 and shifted all his old PST to new computer and he was working fine and very comfortable but all of sudden he called me that he is not able to find mails in old send items when I checked I did not find any mail in old send items is there any way to recover old send items on PST. Please help me as soon as possible.regards,
  9. Hi , I want to know one thing from you guys, that is this possible to do the archive for certain period manually? Which means if i'm using the Outlook 2007 since 2009 and i want to do the archieve between 05 June 2010 and 11 July 2011 (approx)... Can anyone help me ? Regards..ATP..

    How to recover deleted email

    Hi - I have Outlook 2007 and was able to find "Dumpster Always On" but the "Recover Deleted Items" button still doesn't exist. Does the fact that I didn't have to type, EDIT, NEW DWORD VALUE have anything to do with it? Any help in retrieving a deleted email from my Inbox would help. Thanks for listening.
