shockersh
What OS is your old computer running? If it's running Windows 7 (Which is probably not what it's running) you can run "Windows Easy Transfer". Just Click the start menu and then type Windows Easy Transfer and it should popup in the search. If your running something older than Windows 7, I would personally just go buy a USB stick or External hard Disk and plug it in via USB and copy over all the files that you want to save. You will need to re-install all the apps but that is probably a good thing anyway. Take the opportunity to start fresh and re-install everything. When you do that, be sure to use Nineite to do the installs - http://www.groovypost.com/howto/howto/install-update-programs-ninite-automatically/

Robind
Try using Nortons Ghost, it tranfers all files, what files do you want to tranfer?
