Hello there. I would like to know if there is a way to select and forward (quite a few) e-mails all at once. Instead of doing one at a time.I do not want to move all of my mail - just selected folders of my mail. I tried an e-mail moving program a while ago and it moved all my mail and made a mess.

Hello ..... I have Outlook 2003 on my DeskTop which I work from when in my home office --- I have Outlook 2010 on my laptop which of course is my work station when I travel. I also have my account on my Android. My e mail address is from the earthlink.net domain. I have my desktop and laptop both set to bring me the the mail from earthlink as I never go to that site at all.I have my desktop set to REMOVE data from server.. and on my laptop I have NO as well as on my cell NO.My challenge is not with my cell, however I would like to maintain all e mails on my laptop and desktop without losing them from either. Is there a way of setting up this? I often am traveling and trying to find an e mail that is on my desktop which causes me headaches..Thanks for any help and I hope I have made myself clear on my issue.Heinrich Klingeheinrichklinge@earthlink.net

I know I can send an email to my contact list without everyone seeing everyone else's email address by using the bcc function. I know there is a way to send one email to everyone in the contact list so that it looks like only that one person is getting the email. There email address alone would show in the to box. I don't know how to do this.

I have looked at your posted answer regarding restoring permanently deleted emails from your deleted folder, but when I click on my Toolbar, it only comes up with a very short menu and certainly not with anything helpful like 'restore deleted files'. When I go to Tools, it seems to be more about the computer than the programme I am in, namely Office Outlook Web Access 2007. Please can you help me? I'm desperate! Thank you. Anna

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on my computer. When I click on the Start Icon to search my computer for a specific item (Example: family birthday file) a complete listing of files relating to my search appears. After I select the file I am looking for only to find out it is not the correct one I attempt to return to the same list but it is no longer shown. I must retype my search item (Example: family birthday file) in the search field again to regain access to the file listings??? Is there a way to keep the original search data constant instead of having to start at step one every time to search for the same file??? This is such a waste of time. Yes I can cut and paste my original request so that I just paste each time I must continue with the same search for the correct file to show, but there must be a simpler way to save the original request until I no longer need it.Thank you for your helpKarl
