    That depends on your email and your settings...Go to Settings=>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap Fetch New DataYou can turn "Push" on so your data is fed to your device automatically, or choose another setting for incremental or manual. Regardless of setting, you can always refresh by swiping down within the email app. Since you indicated an exchange setup, that should do it. If you set up Gmail (or other email) via IMAP though, you can only "fetch". I hope this helps!

    Outlook Contact Lists and Sending Emails

    Well, one would think, right? Except that Microsoft often doesn't take the user-friendly route. I don't believe that there is a way to use mail merge and contact groups (aka. distribution lists) OR a way to export them. If you will be doing this frequently it might be worth using a category to id everyone in that group. You can do this in bulk by opening the contact group, selecting all of the entries and selecting the 'Categorize' drop down. Then, you'll need to group by category, select that group and/or all other desired contacts and then merge from there using "only selected contacts". {not the only way, just one way} Sorry, there may be something more streamlined than this but it's the best I can come up with. Will post if I think of any other options.Good luck!!

    I believe what you are referring to would be mail merge, which you can initiate in Outlook or Word, using Outlook contacts or a separate list. Not sure which version you're using so I recommend googling "mail merge Outlook 20XX" and using your version. Let me know if you need further clarification. I hope this helps!Lauren

    Removing a 2010 Calendar profile logon

    If I've interpreted correctly...Do you only have one Outlook profile you'd like to access? Did you remove the profile using these steps? Go to Control Panel => Mail => Show ProfilesYou should be able to add, remove, edit from there If so, check that the "always use this profile" option is selected in the above window.

    How to close a single document in Word 2010?

    Hi Beyond_Life-When you have multiple documents open in 2010, you can simply click on the X to close the desired document. All others should remain open (mine behaves this way). However, to address your question, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + W to close just the document without closing Word.Hope this helps!

If you have separate contact folders you can do the following:Go to the updated contacts folderCTRL+A to select all; CTRL + X to cutGo to the primary contacts folderCTRL + V to pasteRt. click on the updated contacts folder and select delete Since you used the original file and updated it, you may want to delete all contacts from the original prior to performing the above steps so you don't have to go through any duplicate checking (since you've already done this).
  12. When you're writing your email content (step 7 of the article you referenced), you can copy and paste your signature and logo there and proceed with the remaining steps. Anything you include at this stage will be included on every message.
