fragglerawk
I made a terrible mistake and synced all my Gmail contacts to my iPhone so now there are hundreds of contacts of people I don't give a fig about and most of them are just email addresses. iPhone only lets you delete contacts one at a time PAIN IN THE BUTT and the way that I added them isn't synced thru Googl Exchange. Is there a way to remove multiple contacts? I don't have OS X.
alexmvp
Have you installed iTunes and tried to manage your contact list from there? I've never tried that but it's worth a try.
Mat Lee
Either that or try gmail to manage contacts, remove any without phone numbers, or make a separate group that only your contacts with phone numbers go in, that way when you import, you can import the group that has phone numbers, leaving everything else. Beyond_Life
Within Gmail, you can turn on or off the option to create a contact for every person you have ever emailed. Turn the option of and no new contacts will be made. Next step is to delete every contact you never use. It's a lot of work if you emailed a lot of persons. But its worth it.
