outlook 2007 error I am not authenticated to access the files

I have loaded my outlook computer, it is now saying "I am not authenticated to access the files" my file folder is not right.

Sorry I don't follow you. You've installed Outlook and you're trying to setup email on it? When are you getting this error message?
