Not good news Jacks. There doesn't appear to be any way to get Google Apps Sync to work with Outlook 2013 at this time.

The Requirements on its website mentioned only Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 is supported:https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync

I've personally played around with it a lot in order to get groovyPost email hosted at Google to work however for now, nothing works.

Back when Outlook 2010 was released, it took Google 2-3 months to update Google Apps Sync to work with it so I wouldn't hold my break. I'm guessing it won't be until 2013 Q2 perhaps before we will see an update from Google.
