jamminjelly
I also just got a Chromebook for school but the WiFi signal on it sucks. I don't think it is my college's routers because it picks up my phone and iPad fine. Is there any way to boost the signal strength of the Chromebook so that I can get a stable connection around campus or at least in my apartment? Solution Austin Posted July 17, 2013 Solution Report Share Posted July 17, 2013 It's possible the wireless network adapter in the Chromebook is underpowered. Which model do you have? I'd suggest picking up a booster or a more powerful USB dongle like one of these: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=wifi+booster+usb
