Sign up Problem

I am try to sign up for a TextPlus on my Ipod. But it's said Error "Sorry. You must be at least 13 years old to use textPlus " So, i am 29 years old right now. Then How to sing up for this app on ipod?

Did you check you iTunes account information? Maybe your DoB there is set to something else.
