If you are a wordpress.com user then there are easy sharing options in your dashboard. If you are a .org user you could try dlvr.it. Just Google it.

dlvr it is slow. Anyways i found the solution. Just Use RSS Graffiti facebook app and aadd you RSS feed. It will update it automatically

SU.PR also works, and it has a bonus of automatically submitting everything to stumble upon.
