Steve Krause Posted November 14, 2009 Report Share Posted November 14, 2009 I have to say, I'm "REALLY" thinking about upgrading the home MAC with the 27inch http://www.apple.com/imac/specs.html The Quad core units have the new i7 - Nehalem procs and it looks like the 2.8GHz will set ya back about $2100 (or $1800 after my corporate discount). I think it would make a great MAC / Windows 7 Combo with the new 3.0 version of VMware Fusion seeing that it now support all the Windows 7 Aero effect. Wow, it's a thing of beauty. shockersh Posted November 24, 2009 Report Share Posted November 24, 2009 way way way to expensive! especially when all your going to do is buy the new fusion 3.0 vmware and run Windows 7 on it LOL BLAH - MAC's are the same as they were back in the 80's. That is a big price to pay however if that's all your doing. The new Windows Movie Maker built into Windows Live Essentials is good enough for me. Dont waste your money mrgroove!
