Guest dbucci
When one enters a command, filename or web address in the Run line, Windows saves the information via an autocomplete feature. Can you tell me how I can clear these saved entries and disable the autosave functionality in the Run command? Thanks in advance! Guest dbucci
Yes, XP Professional on one machine. I'm running 7 Professional on another (so if Window 7 does the same thing and you can guide me on both that would be terrific!) Thank you. Vadim
To clear the Start Run Auto Saved entries on Windows XP: Right Click the Taskbar Click Properties Click Start Menu Tab Click Customize Button Click Advanced Button Click Clear List Button Click Ok a few times That should clear everything that's in the Windows XP Start Run history.
