Rufio
I want to either build a new pc for games or order a new PC. I need it to be top notch but inexpensive. Any suggestions?
goLfie
I say build your own and go AMD 64 bit with Hyper V and Windows 7. Dell and HP make some okay ones.. but I think they are overpriced hunks of metal, you could build a way nicer AMD machine for less and not have to worry about the junk that HP tries to put on it. shockersh
Well hyper-v won't do much for a home box but yeah, AMD these days is JUST AS GOOD as intel. Just watch NewEgg and Frys.com and you can probably build an AMD x64 quad core system for under $500 bones
Rufio
I looked at some Dells and Hps They all look like I will have to spend a lot more than $500 to get a good computer. So I am going to take what little hardware knowledge I have and try to build one. What's a good site to buy computer parts from?
Guest Animis
http://www.newegg.com/ has a lot of good deals on computer gear and they have really great customer service and speed of delivery. I buy almost exclusively from them. http://www.buy.com also has some good deals on hardware but they are lacking in the customer service field.
