shockersh
If you trust Microsoft :) I'll probably stick with Trend Micro until I hear how Security Essentials is reviewed.

Steve Krause
Aye. Been using the Free Microsoft AV for months now without issues. Granted, I don't engage in risky internet "behavior" but overall, I'm very satisfied (and the price is right).
Kumanina
For Me and My family the best Antyvirus is NOD32 It does all the stuff that the normal programs doo. But its Light and Can run on the dummest computer everrr.
dw96
Even though people say it sucks, I just loooooove AVG!!!!! You can get AVG free, it's true AVG sometimes detects keygens/cracks as viruses, but if you believe that the file will not harm your computer you can easily add it as an exeption. About fast running... I't's not so nice, but it only slows down startup a bit, but you shouldn't care, cuz you're getting pro protection for free. @Kumanina - NOT TRUE! Remember our slow school computers? They ran slowly because of NOD32's heaviness... Also, NOD gave me headaches all the time. Can't even clean a simple trijan horse ffs... Guest Quafe24
I was using the free avira version for a while. It's pretty good, but Microsoft Security Essentials is the way to go if you ask me.
