I have followed the instructions on this site for setting up an exchange account and that all seems to have gone through ok. What I don't understand, is; does synchronisation now happen automatically, or do I need to do something more to make it happen? Any help very gratefully received. LaurenH Posted November 5, 2012 Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 That depends on your email and your settings...Go to Settings=>Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap Fetch New DataYou can turn "Push" on so your data is fed to your device automatically, or choose another setting for incremental or manual. Regardless of setting, you can always refresh by swiping down within the email app. Since you indicated an exchange setup, that should do it.
