gmail problem

I have Gmail on my android phone. My problem is that my new emails have stopped coming to my inbox. They go to my"all mail" box. I don't get notifications for new emails as a result of this. What coulda be causing this and how do i fix it to where emails go to my inbox ?

To start, I would just remove GMAIL from your mobile and re-add it. Not sure what might have happened but it should only take a few minutes to re-sync everything.

It is possible that something went wrong when you were creating filters. It happend to me once. All my email was archived and skipped to the inbox. Try checking your filter settings.

If you check gmail on the internet, does the same happen there? Or do you read your gmail through a 3rd party client? Does this problem happen in the 3rd party client?

I don't think that removing and re-adding the app on your phone would be the sollution. After adding the app again, syncing everything would also mean synching inbox settings. So if you are going to change setting, first remove the app, then change the settings in the webinterface on a pc, and then add the app to your device again.
