How to post from WordPress to G+ automaticly

When G+ started I tried if i could get my Wordpress posts to be posted to G+ automaticly. There wasnt a sollution. So I was wondering, is it possible these days?

There is a WordPress plugin for Google+, but I'm not sure if it features profile integration and automatic posting. I might test this out, but nevertheless, here's the link:
