Guest jonem
Hi, Does anyone know about a plug-in that checks the recipients before sending a mail and asks if you have more than one "Bob" in your address book (or auto fill in) if it really is the correct Bob? Best, Jon

Steve Krause
Wich email client are you using? I know Gmail has this option, but you have to turn it on. Gmail has that option? Really? I've never seen that one! Could be a good groovyPost for sure. Does anyone know about a plug-in that checks the recipients before sending a mail and asks if you have more than one "Bob" in your address book (or auto fill in) if it really is the correct Bob? I'm pretty sure Outlook does NOT have this option... Great idea however! Honestly tho, I work for a company with several thousand employees and I'm pretty sure I would get annoyed if it asked me to confirm each time I sent an email to John XXXX.... Beyond_Life
Yes, Gmail has that option. - Go to Settings; - Go to tab Labs; - Scroll down to "Got the wrong Bob?" - Click enable.
