Hyperlinks in e-mail messages

Here's another Outlook adventure. It's set up on my home computer, with no Exchange Server. What setting in Outlook or on the computer (Windows 7, running Norton 360) do I have to change to allow me to open a link in an e-mail message by simply clicking on it? When I try, it says "settings on this computer" prevent that action. Thanks.

The safety rules in in Outlook (and maybe Norton) prevent you from opening links in your received emails.

There are a lot of links of this problem if you search Google with "opening hyperlinks google".

Btw. Delete Norton. Please. Kill it. It sucks. It crawls in every little whole in you software.
