Guest Animis Posted October 3, 2009 Report Posted October 3, 2009 Found this and just wondering if anyone else enjoys geography as much as I do hehe. http://www.flashearth.com/ It lets you explore Earth using multiple sources of mapping data, all controlled through a single interface. One of the things I liked is how you can click a location then go into Planetarium mode, which lets you view what the night sky looks like from that location. Quote
shockersh Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Yeah - that is sweet. Just wasted 30 minutes of my life playing with it hehehe Quote
Guest trollcrusher Posted November 25, 2010 Report Posted November 25, 2010 Very cool site recommendation, Animis. Very cool indeed. Quote
Guest trollcrusher Posted November 25, 2010 Report Posted November 25, 2010 Beyond_Life, Make sure that you have the newest edition of Adobe Flash installed. If not, refer to the link below and select "DOWNLOAD FLASH PLAYER" (located at the far right side of the page). http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ If you do have Flash already, make sure that it is enabled. If not, then refer to the Google Search link results for "How to enable Flash" at the link below: http://www.google.com/search?q=How+to+enable+Flash&hl=en&rlz=1B3GPMD_enUS301US303&num=10&lr=&ft=i&cr=&safe=images&num=100 Hope this helped.
