Google Voice for the iPhone App Denied by Apple

Well.... I'm kinda torn. I mean, it's their platform so if they don't want anyone to compete with them fine, it's their device. If Google doesn't like it they can build their own phone. oh wait, they did. :)

 

Exactly. It is their platform so it's their rules however, I think it's just a matter of time before Google Voice gives you all the functionality from a browser that you would get from an Apple APP so it's just delaying the inevitable. Plus, you can be sure the App. will continue to evolve on the Android Platform (Google's Phone) so the consumer will ultimately decide how badly they want it and if that becomes a decision factor when choosing between the iPhone and the Android.

 

Judging from the "Interest Level" however.... I would say Apple has nothing to worry about. :)
