dw96 Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 If the PC on which it doesn't work is using Wi-Fi, it might be a router setting that is preventing it from connecting. Here is a quick way to find out:1. Go to your router IP from the main computer on which iTunes works (usually, the IP is 192.168.1.1)2. Input the username and password (usually admin/admin or admin/password)3. Look for any Wi-Fi restrictions or open up some ports that iTunes may require - here's a list of Ports used by various Apple products:http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1629 P.S.: If your Router IP is different and the above-mentioned Username & Password do not work, look for the instruction manual that came with the router and see if this information is specified in there.
