Outlook 2010 displays full email instead of Name

Hi,

 

I am supporting users having outlook 2010 on exchange. recently upgraded from 2007 to 2010. after the upgrade users complain that, while composing email, the To: and CC: fields display the full email address instead of Name.

Eg: ' Rashid, Hussain A '

in earlier version (2007) it used to show ' Rashid, Hussain A '

Is it doing that for only External addresses not in the GAL (your company directory) or all users including other employees?

I am having the same issue, I have an old nk2 where everything was fine that was imported to Outlook 2010, now it has only email addresses without display names. I also would like to mention we have Exchange 2010.
