how to use pasteboard

sometime the IE didn't respond after I enter an message to a forum or technical support from official website, so how can I use the pasteboard function or how can I search the pasteboard that I have copy the message . I know the window have keep the pasteboard like MS office that I can retrieve the copied sentense......

so you mean you goto a forum and start typing then when you click submit the page timesout and you lose your post?

 

Yeah, this happens to me sometimes which is why if I've been typing a long time or I'm on a slow connection, before I submit my post I'll select all the text in my post and press CTRL+C to copy it. If the page dies, I can just refresh the page and repost it with CTRL+V
