Austin
Yikes! SCAM ALERT!!! That is a HUGE SCAM!! Several websites are offering this service, what many of them don't tell you is that after 7 days they start charging ou $70 a month, then sell your credit information to other organizations. Hopefully you haven't signed up for this yet. ABC released a major news story covering this a couple months ago. Read it at http://abcnews.go.com/Business/work-hom ... id=8438110 If you did sign up for this, cancel your credit card immediately. Report it stolen, and check your credit report. This is very very bad juju to be dealing with. Phew, realize, GOOGLE has NOT EVER invited the public to apply to work at home for them. And if they ever did, it wouldn't be done through some third party site, the URL would be connected to google.com. Example: http://jobs.google.com/ or http://www.google.com/jobs/. So watch out for the URL.
goLfie
Yeah that is a total scam, stay away from anything like that. Always go to the company and look for a signup url, never sign up for anything through a third party. it's sad how many scam-artists there are out there nowadays. Guest Animis
after reading a few groovyPost articles I started following http://www.thegoogleos.com/ for google news. I found an official response and action to the scam sites, http://www.thegoogleos.com/google/fight ... -to-court/ To sum it up, Google is pissed. They are going sue happy against anyone using their name to scam people, and they are permanently deleting their adsense accounts and removing them from the Google search results index. Google is then taking it a step further and doing the same for ALL scam websites, If you find a site you can report it at http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/ This will work for websites who said you spam emails as well.
