Jeff Butts Posted April 11, 2024 Report Posted April 11, 2024 Brian let us know about DuckDuckGo's new PrivacyPro bundle. It includes VPN protection when using the DuckDuckGo browser, personal information removal, and protection against identity theft. Have you tried it yet? What do you think? 1 Quote
shockersh Posted July 1, 2024 Report Posted July 1, 2024 gosh.. it's such a stupid name for a company. I just can't bring myself to using the thing... (sigh). Anyway, not sure why I would trust a VPN from a company like that. Anyone else try it? Is it something I should look into? I've bene a PIA users for a long time. 1 Quote

So far, it's not bad. I like it. Not sure about the VPN tho @Jeff Butts... That said, I only use VPN when I'm connecting to networks outside the home or testing the website from a different country. The name may be silly, but it's typically been a rock-solid privacy-centric search engine. I've not tried the Privacy Pro bundle and likely won't (unless they offer it to me for free), since one of my banking institutions gives me a free subscription to NordVPN. Quote
