Windows 8 Pro missing add features to Windows 8

After downloading Win 8 Pro on Nov 2, 2012, I found out you also need to download Medai Center and install a key. You're supposed to do this in Add features in Windows 8 and there were a couple of ways to get there. Never found it. Followed steps I found on the Internet with no success. Has anyone solved the problem as I see it cropping up on the Intenet quite a bit now.
