MS Office 2010 64 bit; MS Project Professional 2010 32 bit

I have MS Office 2010 64 bit installed on my machine and can only acquire (legitimately) MS Project Management 2010 32 bit. Will this cause me problems? Would I be better installing MS Office 32 bit version?

It should not be a problem. Office and Project are very separate apps and you should be just fine.
