Steve Krause Posted April 20, 2009 Report Share Posted April 20, 2009 Question from Reader - Email Form i'm using outlook 2007 - widow xp. my computer was shot down due to electric power problem. after re-start....my outlook dont operate. i cant send/receive/delete, etc,,, e mails. each time outlook ask me to re-start in order solving problem but nothing happen. Receiving these kinds of window : cannot display the folder. Microsoft office outlook cannot access the specified folder location or Cannot-display-the-folder-Microsoft-Office-Outlook-cannot-access-the-specified-folder-location how can i fix it? Are you using Microsoft Exchange on a Corporate network or is Outlook configured to pull down email from an ISP using iMAP or POP mail? Try the Inbox Repair tool: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlo ... 41033.aspx Scanpst.exe i think it is. usually it can fix almost all issues.
