if i copy a mpeg1 into CD-R, will it play fine in VCD player?

 

2.

did i had to covert mpeg1 into .dat file for VCD format? as a VCD format had severl folder, but above measure just a one file only?

VCD? Wow man, that's going way way back. Why are you doing this again? Almost everything these days plays mpeg...
