Guest GRoPo Posted December 2, 2010 Report Share Posted December 2, 2010 after using RAVO unistall, I find when I click and open JPG, there are popup said driver:/***/**.JPG catagory didn't or haven't register? why? how to solve it? I used win its photo function to view all photo in my PC. not only that, I find there were no sound in WMP and other media players such realplayer, then sound device, lower right corner icon I couldn't test it. movie can play in other media plaers but like WMP with no sound. the file of media couldn't open with WMP, the popup said "......other device may open it,....proxy setting incoorect or you have authority etc message in a popup.... I have see paper said you can solve it in regedit, but I couldn't find the "shared tools" in the regedit window, I had follow the same step of the paper. Austin Posted December 22, 2010 Report Share Posted December 22, 2010 Oh, this is likely because the files you are trying to open are no longer associated with a program.
