Guest stevem Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 I use one outlook inbox for two separate email addresses. I would like to color code the emails from one of the email addresses so I can tell them apart in the inbox. I could not find any way to do that with the organize feature. Any suggestions? thanks Quote
Beyond_Life Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 You can apply rules in Outlook. Its the same applying filters in Gmail. Maybe you can achieve what you want with that? Quote
Steve Krause Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 Take a look here: http://www.groovypost.com/howto/microso ... ing-color/ Those are the instructions for Outlook 2007. Are you running Outlook 2010? Quote
Guest stevem Posted August 13, 2010 Report Posted August 13, 2010 I want to apply the setting to the entire email account and not to specific emails. for example all emails from personal account in Blue and all emails from business account in GREEN or something.. Quote
