But there is a fix Install Adblock plus for Firefox: Download link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865/ Then add these domains to Adblock plus: ||facebook.com/*$domain=~facebook.com|~facebook.net|~fbcdn.com|~fbcdn.net||facebook.net/*$domain=~facebook.com|~facebook.net|~fbcdn.com|~fbcdn.net ||fbcdn.com/*$domain=~facebook.com|~facebook.net|~fbcdn.com|~fbcdn.net ||fbcdn.net/*$domain=~facebook.com|~facebook.net|~fbcdn.com|~fbcdn.net Once you've done that facebook will no longer communicate with external sites while you are browsing it.
