goLfie
What kind of website is this? It looks like a spam /crapware /malware site to me. There is no solid explanation anywhere on the site. The only description I could find is: - We do NOT pay for Russian installs or for installs from CIS countries.- You receive a unique exe and you can install it by any means EXCEPT spam. - You work according to our online statistics. - The installed file is safe and after installation on the computer it changes the homepage and sets up a toolbar and dialer. The dialer is launched 15-20 minutes after the install. - Minimum amount payable - $1. For Wire and Western Union payments - $100. PayPal - $20. ePassporte - $20. Payments are made once a week in U.S. dollars. We pay your wages via the following systems: Fethard, WebMoney, Wire, e-gold, Western Union (WU), MoneyGram, Anelik and ePassporte, and PayPal. - You must be over 18 to work with our partnership program. - Accounts that have been inactive for 14 days from the date of issue will be deleted. - We reserve the right to close any program at any time without prior notification. In this case you will be notified of this immediately and all the money you have earned will be paid. - We reserve the right to change prices. - We also reserve the right to delete any account. - And remember – all SPAM is prohibited! Then if you go to the support page there are no emails, no usernames, nothing. Just a bunch of ICQ numbers. This operation looks very well like something that is either illegal or bordering on legality and will probably prompt law suits in the future. My guess is they want you to install some form of spyware on your computer and then claim they will pay you only $180 for every 1000 other computers you get people to install it on as well. In summary, it's a horrifying scam for identity theft.
