Guest jacks
Ok.... This sounds kinda stupid but I'm stuck. Recently my Outlook Tool bar has Disappeared when I write a new email. It's the ribbon above the TO line that lets you control the bold and font size etc..... I've been working around it but I cant find the fix. Anyone? Steve Krause
Ok.... This sounds kinda stupid but I'm stuck. Hi Jacks, Done ever worry! There are no stupid questions! Just Simple Fixes! 1) Open new mail 2) Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar (Looks like a arrow pointing down on the very top of Menu Bar) 3) Uncheck "Minimize the Ribbon" Option Hope that helps! Guest kfjeldsted
Unfortunately that didn't work for me. The top of my Outlook 2007 looks exactly like the top of Outlook 2003. I have disabled almost all adins to no avail. Please help me. Knud
alexmvp
KfjeldSted, Remember, in order to get the menu as shown in the Screenshot above, you need to click the "NEW" email button as if you were going to write a new email. Did you do this and you still don't have the options? Can you send a screenshot?
