Remove a payee from Quicken

I pay my bills online using Quicken. I no longer use some of the payees and cannot seem to be able to delete them. For example, I've had several accounts with a certain company over the years and have had several different account numbers. When I go to pay that company and click on the arrow, all of my accounts, past and current pop up. How can I delete those I no longer use.
