Guest Schmopp1964
Help! I was on the wrong email last night when I clicked "add sender to blocked sender list" and this very important email disappeared. I have spent countless hours on the internet today trying to find information on how I can retrieve this message. I have Outlook 2003. Here is the process I went through: The email was highlighted, I clicked on Action, Junk Mail, then Add Sender to Blocked Sender List. Voila - it was gone. Ooops Does anyone have any advice? Thank you so much.
Guest Joseph
Normally when you mark a sender as JUNK, the email will immediately be dumped into the Junk Items folder in Outlook. Have you looked there? It SHOULD be there for sure. Let me know if it's not!
alexmvp
Yup. The email HAS GOT to be in your Junk mail folder. And when you delete it from the Junk mail folder it goes into your Deleted Items folder unless you HARD DELETE it using the CTRL+Delete Button. That permanently deletes it.
