ancer Posted November 4, 2011 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 I use autotext regularly and am trying to change the mapped location of where outlook 2010 keeps my normalemail.dotm file, so that I can access it when I am on a different computer or sign in remotely. I can find my normalemail.dotm file and have moved it into a folder on our shared drive. I have added that folder in the data file list under account settings but it still doesn’t seem to bring up my most recent autotext. I have tried to do the same thing in word and have successfully changed the file locations there but when I sign in on a new computer it loses my preferences and I am not sure where that file (.pst??) is kept.
