Office 2007 STILL running set-up.....

Further to the post below, my Office 2007 still commences it's configeration run every time I go to open WORD, OUTLOOK and EXCEL.

 

Surely, there must be a fix for this somewhere out there?

 

I ask again since the 'smart-a*se' comment tagged at the end of the original posting was totally un-helpful.
