Guest seawings Posted October 31, 2011 Report Share Posted October 31, 2011 Every now and again I get a dialog box come up when I'm working from Outlook titled 'Enter Network Password' and showing the details of one of my email accounts - not always the same one. It is sooo irritating! And, when they decide to do it, they keep coming back again, and again, and again, and so on. Is there a known 'fix' for this? Guest PercyPenguin Posted December 22, 2011 Report Share Posted December 22, 2011 I'm assuming you're using Windows XP or 7 and Outlook 2007... Have you tried checking for cached passwords? Go to Start > Run > Type in control keymgr.dll This will bring up a list of any cached passwords you have - you can delete them all Failing that, in Outlook, go to Tools > Account Settings > Sharepoint Lists tab & then delete anything in the list you don't recognise Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
