Guest wilyamson
With the older versions of Powerpoint, I was able to create and save PDF versions of handouts in pure black and white. Can this be done with the version of Powerpoint in MS Office 2010? If so, how? Thank you in advance. Wilyamson
Steve
Hi Wilyamson - what is your end goal? Do you want to PRINT handouts in black and white? If so, why bother going to black and white, just print it in black and white. Did I miss your question?
Guest ctugwell
You can change the print setting to pure black and white with File | Print. However this does not change output of the inbuilt pdf creator. I reckon if you used a 3rd party pdf creator and chose this as your print driver then you would get the desired output.
