Outlook 2002 won't open after adding e-mail

I finally added my e-mail account to outlook but apparently goofed it up. After setting it up I was asked for a password. I entered it and outlook froze. I cannot re-open it without it asking for my e-mail password. I tried uninstaling and re-installing, but ofcourse, the old files are still on the hard drive. I serched my C drive for pst files and got many. I didn't think that I should delete them all. How do I fix this. Fourtunately, all my files are on my Blackberry.
