Guest UnderTheRadar Posted December 30, 2010 Report Posted December 30, 2010 Yes, I am a newbie to this forum! I was directed here after doing some google searching for information about AdSense for Domains. Recently, I discovered this opportunity and have taken all of my parked domains and started the AdSense. I had NO idea that I could do this and possibly make a "wittle" (wee little ) money instead of them just sitting out there making GoDaddy money. The sly little devils even offer "cash parking" and charge a monthly fee for parked domains if you choose... duh I understand that now! My question, I read a page in GroovyPost website explaining how to change the look of your parked domain page. There were a couple of MrGroove's links to his sites that are using the tool. The site http://www.madlaunch.com has a very nice template with a flower ... awe so pretty! I would like to know how this was done?? Actually, one of my domains http://www.booktravelspot.com just appeared in this template initially then changed on it's own and went to the current look Something I did? Who knows. Thanks in advance! Steve Krause Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Yes, I am a newbie to this forum! Welcome! Actually, one of my domains http://www.booktravelspot.com just appeared in this template initially then changed on it's own and went to the current look Something I did? Who knows. Exactly... As I mentioned in my article (i think) the most you can do to customize your parked domain is mess around with the color scheme. Other than that, Google pretty much changes the site look on the fly. Sometimes with a flower, set of ski's or ??? who knows. They don't really give you many options (that I could find anyway). Sorry I don't have better news for ya... ;( Quote
Guest UnderTheRadar Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Thanks MrGroove for your time. I did change the color scheme and got that to work, yay! Sounds like I need to make a suggestion to Google.. whahaa... like that will get heard! Anyhoo, I definitely like the look of your domain better. I would actually give it a glance if I stumbled upon it and would click right away from mine! lol Thanks again though and Happy New Year to you. Cheers Quote
