Document pages are set to vertical orientation When I click Print menu then Page set and margins and then bookfold the orientation switches to horizontal. This makes sense to fit 2 pages on each side but it also changes the document page itself by streching out the print over the horizontal document which throws everything off - both shortening the page and messing up the lines.
