Guest vmersy Posted August 9, 2010 Report Share Posted August 9, 2010 I need to send a mass email to some of our customers and am trying to use the Mail Merge tool in Outlook 2010 by following the instructions on groovyPost. I have Office 2010 installed; I also have MS Word 2003 installed because I need it for another program that I use frequently. When I go through the steps on groovyPost to create a mass email, the third step states that, once you set up your options on the Mail Merge Contacts window and click OK, you will receive a new compose email window. However, the only thing that pops up for me is a blank Word 2003 document. In the Merge Options area of the Mail Merge Contacts window, I have selected Document Type = Form Letters and Merge To = Email. Any suggestions on how to get the compose email window to appear?
