Guest aduvall
When I receive messages on my Microsoft Outlook Express I am able to read them through my phone as well as on my computer. After I read them on my computer they disappear from my phone and I can no longer access them although they are still available and visible on my computer. I've been told that messages are being "pulled off my server" and that I need to completely shut down my current Outlook Express and start from scratch in order to get the messages to stay on my phone. I would rather not do this as I have saved messages on my account that I'd prefer not to delete. Is there any way of getting around this? Do you agree with the diagnosis? dw96
It sounds like an issue with the mobile version of outlook,so I think it's the phone, but I'm not sure. Best way is to really set up everything all over again
