Guest twilliamson Posted May 18, 2010 Report Share Posted May 18, 2010 Good afternoon, we have a user that was having a problem with his NK2 file losing all it's contacts everyday. We tried renaming his profile and that didn't correct the problem. We put a new image on his PC and the AutoCompletion is working now with older entries, but he can't add any new entries to his NK2 file. His file is dated 4/22/2010 and has not updated since.
