Steve Krause
Email Question from Reader Last week I cleared some addresses using your instructions on clearing the outlook e-mail address auto-complete cache. One of the addresses that I cleared was one of my own e-mail accounts. When I when to access that account it was gone. Did I delete this Yahoo account when I cleared the cache? Hello Reader! Wow, this is a strange one! First, I assume you followed the instructions over at: How-To Clear Email Address Auto Complete Cache in Microsoft Outlook correct? If yes, then to answer your question is no. There is no way the clearing of the Outlook Auto Complete cache could delete your Yahoo Email Account (or any other account for that matter). My guess is you must have forgot your password somehow or entered a typo when logging in.?.? Very bizarre... Have you done anything to confirm that the Yahoo account is indeed gone? Let me know OK! Steve Krause
Never received an email back from the users so I'm going to mark this as Solved. That was easy
