Steve Krause
You could also try a few 3rd party cleaning tools: Revo http://www.revouninstaller.com/ Or portable version: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uni ... nload.html Simple uninstaller: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/myuninst.html Absolute Uninstaller http://www.glarysoft.com/au.html Give one of those a try. It's probably a bit safer than going through the registry manually.
Steve Krause
All these years later... how's this list @Brian? What about Mac @Jeff Butts
Jeff Butts
Mac is a funny beast when it comes to uninstalling apps. On the one hand, most folks just drag the app from the Applications folder to the trash, but that does leave gunk behind. Preference files, support libraries, etc. But then you have apps that include their own uninstallers. Even those sometimes leave gunk behind. I used to use AppZapper to handle uninstalling apps, and AFAIK it's still a solid choice. Nowadays, I just use CleanMyMacX, since it's included with my Setapp subscription.
